Hi! I'm Jackie and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition L2 Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach.

I am passionate about helping women learn how to eat for fat loss without having to give up their favorite foods so they can finally lose weight and keep it off while enjoying the process.
